Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Elis Taylor is an American stage and screen actress and producer. She is best known as a film actress due to her performances as a character in Ray Undercover Brother (Ray Undercover Brother) as well as The Mentalist. She graduated with a B.A. from African-American Studies, from Brown University. Her MFA is in acting from Tisch School at New York University. Aunjanue Ellis is an American actor and producer working in the fields of theater, film and TV. She began her career as an actress in theatre and then went on to be a part of numerous television series, mainstream and independent films. The actress gained prominence for her role as Miranda Shaw on ABC's Quantico. Then, she made appearances on BET's acclaimed television series The Book of Negroes. In 1995, she appeared in her first performance with The Tempest as Ariel. Stage credits comprise Come and Gone Drowning Crow as well as Seeking the Genesis, a Broadway production by Joe Turner. She is most well-known for her work in Men of Honor as well as The Caveman's Valentine The Express & The Help. Her role as a character in the drama series High Incident on ABC High Incident earned her praises.
