
American actor Thomas William Selleck. His most notable character was Thomas Magnum, a private investigator in Magnum, P.I. (1980-1988), for whom the actor was nominated five times for the Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead actor in an Drama Series. He won the award in 1985.
