ItaliaStephanie Italia Ricci was born on October 29, 1986. She is an American-Canadian actress. She is best known for her role in the role of April Carver on the ABC Family television show Chasing Life in 2014-2015. In 2016, she was the character Emily Rhodes, White House Chief of Staff as well as Special Advisor in the drama show Designated Survivor. Ricci started acting in American productions in minor roles in House, House and Greek in 2009. The same year, she also appeared in a regular role as Sasha in the comedy series Secret Girlfriend on Comedy Central. In 2010, she co-starred in the Cartoon Network live-action series Unnatural History as Maggie Winnock. She also appeared in a Clean & Clear ad. In 2011, Ricci appeared in the short film Valediction. Ricci played a small role as Don Jon, Joseph Gordon-Levitt's first film as a director.
